Overview

COMP360 is a SaaS platform built by Omax Tech to manage sales compensation, commissions, quotas, territories, and revenue forecasting for teams of all sizes, from growing sales teams to large enterprises.

The product was developed when the client approached us with the challenge of managing all these processes manually through spreadsheets and disconnected workflows. To address this, we built a seamless, centralized solution that supports Sales, Finance, HR, and Revenue Operations. By bringing all compensation-related workflows into a single system, COMP360 enables accuracy, transparency, and scalability without adding operational complexity.

Client Challenges and Solutions:

Challenge 1: Spreadsheet Dependency

Clients relied on spreadsheets to calculate commissions and track quotas. This led to errors, duplicated effort, version control issues, and frequent disputes with sales teams.

Solution:

COMP360 automated commission calculations and quota tracking in a centralized platform. This removed spreadsheet dependency, reduced errors, and ensured everyone worked from the same data set.

Compensation data was spread across legacy commission tools, HR systems such as Workday, finance and operations platforms like Salesforce, along with spreadsheets and email threads. This fragmentation forced teams to work in silos, creating inconsistencies, manual reconciliation, and no reliable single source of truth.

COMP360 unified commission, quota, territory, and roster management into one seamless system. No-code integrations allowed existing tools to connect without disrupting current workflows.

Leadership and sales teams lacked real-time visibility into performance, payouts, and compensation spend. Delayed and inconsistent reporting led to reactive decisions, increased disputes, and limited the ability to plan proactively.
