Overview
Since this was a staff augmentation project, we assessed the clients technology stack, which was based on an open-source, low-code/no-code platform. Understanding the client’s preference for senior resources, we reviewed their open-source repository and gathered feedback from our team. This helped us select developers who were both skilled in Java and comfortable with the platform.
Initially, we deployed two senior Java developers to the project. The client, being highly technical, personally evaluated their performance. After several iterations, he gained confidence in our team’s capabilities and continued working with them for the next three years.
